everything was good, had a very nice stay on this visit. had good sleep at the king room with a balcony. the pool area was clean and the location was comfy and unbeatable, near to the airport and anything else and restaurant and the strip malls. furthermore, to a quick overnight stop.

The hotel staff was very rude.

The room was cozy and warm, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast included juices, sausage, and waffles. The staff were courteous and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was comfortable and great, situated in a nice area of Portage.

The beds were very comfy and have good support. There was a huge selection of breakfast foods!

Scrambled eggs were terrible. Our room's bathroom toilet had a water ring mark - looked dirty or moldy!

We liked warm room with towels and washcloths and good and very kind stuff.

Polite staff. Indoor pool, hot tub,& sauna with great hours. Located near hwy 39 which was very convenient & close to Baraboo & the Dells. Also I was sorry I just didn't book entirely thru hotel because it was about. $20.00 cheaper. Will not use this booking site again! I would stay at Best Western in Portage again.

Had problems with staff because I originally booked 1 nite on Booking. Com but then called hotel 2 days ahead to add a 2nd nite. The person at the hotel that I spoke with told me everything was all set. When we arrived the person at the front desk didn't seem to be aware but was able to handle the situation. Then when we returned to our room the 2nd day our keys didn't work because their system obviously hadn't been updated so I had to go back to the desk & re-explain the situation in order to have our key cards reset. The staff was very polite.

The hotel was clean. The staff were really kind. The room was warm, well-decorated, and had climate control. The hotel is located near good restaurants, the airport, and Portage, WI.

Beds were very comfortable and slept well Whirlpool pool was nice and warm

The hotel seemed to be in a renovation mode. The breakfast was ok but everything was so spread out and both waffle irons we not working. Pool was way to cold to be comfortable a couple more degrees warmer would have helped
